Our convention is on March 14-16 at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel located at One Monarch Place. You can get to the hotel easily by Lyft, Uber, train, bus, or plane.

If you will be flying to Massachusetts the closest airport is Bradley International Airport (BDL) Schoephoester Road, Windsor Locks, CT. This is 14 miles from Springfield. Once you arrive at the airport you could then take a Taxi or ride share service to bring you to the hotel. You might choose to fly in to Boston Logan International Airport (BoS) 1 Harborside Drive, Boston, MA This is 94 miles away. However, you could then take a train or Greyhound Bus or use a rideshare to get to Springfield.

From the Train or bus station. You would then call a Taxi or ride share service to get to the hotel. If you are traveling from within the commonwealth there are many trains and buses which depart from various locations around Massachusetts. The entire registration will cover all meals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday including the Banquet.

The full convention registration package is $100.00 per person until March 1st, after which the fee will increase to $120.00 per person. Registration for Saturday only day pass including lunch is $30.00 per person until March 1 , after which the fee will increase to $35.00 per person. Registration for Saturday only day pass with lunch and banquet included is $80.00 per person until March 1, after which the fee will increase to $85.00 per person.
