Welcome to the registration form for the 2026 National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts State Convention, taking place March 27–29, 2026.
This form is for individuals who plan to attend the convention virtually. The convention is an opportunity to connect with members and friends of the National Federation of the Blind, learn about important initiatives, and participate in discussions that advance our shared mission.
For those interested in attending in person, the convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Woburn/Boston North, located at 15 Middlesex Canal Park Drive, Woburn, Massachusetts.
Virtual registration includes a suggested donation of $20.00. This optional contribution helps support the costs associated with hosting the convention and providing remote access to programming and technology. While the suggested donation is $20, participants are welcome to contribute a larger amount if they wish to further support the work of the National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts and the success of the convention. All are welcome to participate virtually, regardless of their ability to contribute.
Please note: The National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts reserves the right to review and approve any person or entity registering for the 2026 State Convention.

The National Federation of the Blind of Massachusetts's goal is to be sensitive to members with perfume and chemical sensitivities who, as a result, may suffer potentially serious health consequences. In order to address this concern, members and participants at conventions and other meetings should refrain from wearing scented products, including, but not limited to perfumes, colognes, aftershave lotions, or similar products. We want to ensure full participation in all of our state-wide activities.
